Solidarity Bridge

The Solidarity Bridge is a recreation measuring over one metre in length that captures the social response to the flood. In this work, Stefan meticulously depicts everything from the vegetation along the Turia riverbed and urban graffiti to the wide range of groups involved in the emergency response. Police officers, firefighters, ambulances, military personnel, and ordinary citizens are all integrated into the piece, symbolising the collective effort and mutual support shown during a critical moment.
